Stickerei Avanta is a successful, family-run company based in Berlin-Tempelhof, specializing in high-quality textile finishing for the B2B sector. As we continue to grow, we are looking for support in our office management team.

Your Responsibilities
- Personal, telephone, and written communication with customers and suppliers
- Processing of inquiries and orders from our online shop and via email
- Coordination and monitoring of orders, including deadline tracking
- Status updates and order progress reports for customers and team members
- Inspection of incoming and outgoing goods
- Close cooperation with other departments to coordinate order status
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written); English is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
- Ideally, initial experience in the B2B sector
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Independence, initiative, and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Team spirit, flexibility, and strong communication skills
