Payment and Dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
You pay €4.95 per purchase for postage and packaging within Germany. From a value of goods of 50 € the dispatch within Germany is free of charge for you.

Deliveries abroad:
The international shipping costs vary depending on the recipient country:
- EU + UK: 12,95€
- rest of Europe: 19,95€
- rest of the world: 29,95€

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic delivery of the goods (Germany) will take approx. 2 - 3 days, for international deliveries approx. 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
