Object of the company:
The GmbH was founded in March 2015 in Berlin Tempelhof by Ömer Ayranci. The business purpose of AVANTA is the trade and customization of work and promotional textiles, finishing in the form of embroidery or textile printing and also the production of emblems, flags or pennants. Typical products are T-shirts & polo shirts, shirts, sweaters, jackets and classic workwear.
AVANTA's customers are:
- small to medium-sized companies from the B2B sector
- Resellers from the advertising industry
- Medical practices, hotels & restaurants
- Handwerksbetriebe oder Personaldienstleister
- Craft businesses or personnel service providers
We work exclusively with modern industrial machines, systems and software. The goods and raw materials we use meet the highest standards and are certified. With past and new optimization, we create the highest quality with constant flexibility. We are known for our good results and our fast service.
How it all began in 2006:
With the experience & support of his father, Mustafa Ayranci (entrepreneur and manufacturer of coats from Istanbul since 1960), Ömer Ayranci founded the company “Näh-Atelier” in 2006 in one of the largest shopping centers in Germany “Nova Eventis” (today NOVA), which is located directly on the A9 between Leipzig and Halle.
In the time until 2014, together and with the support of his wife Tugba Ayranci, a lot of experience was gained, e.g:
- through years of orders from private and business customers
- Cooperation with retailers from the shopping center
- Cooperation from the surrounding area in field service
- additional branches in fashion department store (Leipzig city center)
- additional production areas in a domestic garage
- Trade fair stands in the middle of the mall
- Training of apprentices with successful graduations

In January 2014, the wife Tugba Ayranci opened the company “Arnes Fashion” in the immediate vicinity and became self-employed for the first time. This gave us the necessary tailwind and we decided to create a new concept and return to Berlin to found Avanta Embroidery.
The founders:
Husband and wife Tugba & Ömer Ayranci, both born and raised in Berlin. A couple since 1999 and parents of two children. After several years of professional experience, Ömer Ayranci first in office management training, then in his father's tailoring business and Tugba Ayranci at various well-known fashion brands such as P&C, Esprit, Wöhrl and Benetton, we decided to work together.
To this day, we make decisions together and have gained a lot of experience together. We want to continue like this in the future and create the best conditions for our customers and possibly even for the next generation.
Investments in 2017
In 2017, we invested heavily in new machines, systems and software for the embroidery division, paving the way for large capacities. This was our biggest year of investment to date. Since then, we have been able to serve very large quantities and several customers at the same time.
Investments in 2019
Embroidery brought us more and more demand for textile printing and finishing on thin textiles. We therefore decided to invest in this area as well and expanded the finishing area in addition to “textile printing” with the variants transfer printing, sublimation printing & direct printing.
Investments 2020
The new orders, the move to the new office and business premises and the understanding of healthy & fair business now led us to new employees. The shortage of skilled workers led us to find new employees from other areas and we retrained them for our specialist area so that they have now settled in well with us after intensive training and can carry out their tasks on their own. In the year of the corona pandemic, we hired 3 new employees at the same time.
Education & Growth
Since 2006, we have helped five apprentices to complete their training and obtain a recognized and successful professional qualification. We plan to continue to grow and create new jobs as a result. In this way, we are making our contribution to the Berlin labor market and passing on our experience. AVANTA Textilproduktion is one of the few companies that actually produces in Berlin, trains apprentices and is constantly growing.
