Your Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating modern multi-head embroidery machines
- Precisely positioning textiles to ensure flawless embroidery
- Monitoring the production process and independently detecting and correcting embroidery errors
- Handling machine malfunctions
- Adhering to production specifications and quality standards
- Preparing and finishing production steps
- Documenting work processes and results
Your Profile
- Ideally trained as a machine and equipment operator or with comparable professional experience in embroidery
- Technical understanding and interest in industrial embroidery technology
- Careful, structured, and independent way of working
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
- Good German language skills (spoken and written)
